How to use.
For the body - spray the mist all over the body and wait for it to be absorbed
Indoors - holding the bottle upright and away from your face, spray the mist 2-3 times towards the centre of the room
For bedding/bedding - holding the bottle 20-30 cm from the bedding, mist 2-3 times
