Micellar toner combines the cleansing properties of a milk, the refreshing and invigorating properties of a toner and a two-layer fluid for eye makeup removal.Action: micelles included in the composition, are microscopic balls, which have the ability to quickly attract and absorb fatty components: excess sebum, mascara particles, while dissolving various types of dirt. The ingredients included in the micellar solution, hyaluronic acid, D-panthenol, goat milk extract and green tea provide additional effect: deeply moisturize and refresh the skin, making it smooth and velvety, while soothing irritation and neutralizing pH. APPLICATION: Apply a small amount of micellar solution on a cotton pad and gently wipe the skin along massage lines.
