RIFERM rice water perfectly moisturises, refreshes and smoothes. It has an antioxidant effect.
Panthenol effectively soothes symptoms of irritation, prevents dryness and restores softness to the epidermis.
Apply a small amount of tonic to a cotton pad, wipe over face, neck and décolleté. Avoid the area around the eyes and mouth and use in the morning and/or evening.
